Sally Pipes has been the President and CEO of the Pacific Research Institute since 1991.  Author of 6 Books on Obamacare and American Healthcare.  She served as one of Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s four health care advisors in his bid for the Republican nomination for president in 2008. She has testified before the House Energy and Commerce Committee, the Senate HELP Committee, before committees of the California and Oregon legislatures, and had more than 130 op-eds published on health care issues in 2015 alone. These include the Wall Street Journal, New York Post, Investors’ Business Daily, and the Detroit News, to name a few.

 

Larry Thompson

Larry is Regional President of POMCO one of the largest Third Party Administrators in the nation.  He is also Chair of the Self Insurance Institute of America's Government Relations Board and has a team in Washington DC working with the new administration.  Larry brings a Self-Funded expertise to the panel and has unique insights into the current policy-making process.  

 

Duncan Ross

Duncan is the Vice President of Employer Relations for Dignity Health, the fifth largest health system in the nation and the largest hospital provider in California.  In this role he is responsible for building and enabling highly coordinated care networks for employers – to improve quality outcomes and manage costs more effectively.  Duncan began his career in management consulting and then spent almost ten years with Blue Shield of California building innovative solutions within network management, sales and product development.
